Rules

1. Introduction
These regulations govern the operation of the Wine Story Club (hereinafter the "Program"), the loyalty program promoted by Wine Story to reward customers who make purchases in-store and online.
Joining the Program allows customers to accumulate loyalty points called Sorsi, which can be redeemed for exclusive rewards and benefits.
Enrollment is free and implies full acceptance of these regulations.

2. Registration Process
2.1. All adult customers may enroll.
2.2. Registration can be done via:
• The official website
• The physical store, by providing personal information.
2.3. Upon registration, the customer immediately receives 50 welcome Sorsi.
2.4. Each member is assigned a virtual card, accessible through their online profile or confirmation email.

3. Earning Points (Sorsi)
3.1. Customers earn 5 Sorsi for every €1 spent, rounded down.
3.2. Sorsi are automatically credited at the time of purchase and will appear in the user's profile within 24 hours.
3.3. Sorsi are earned on purchases made:
• In-store (upon identification via virtual card or registered email)
• Online (using the registered account)
3.4. No Sorsi are earned for:
• Purchases made using discount vouchers or promotional codes
• Shipping fees and other additional costs
• Any excluded products specified in the terms of sale

4. Using Sorsi and Rewards
4.1. Sorsi can be redeemed for exclusive rewards listed in the dedicated section of the website.
4.2. To redeem a reward, the customer must meet the required point threshold and complete the request via the platform.
4.3. Available rewards and point requirements are updated periodically.
4.4. Sorsi cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to third parties.

5. Exclusive Member Benefits
5.1. In addition to earning Sorsi, members receive:
• 10% immediate discount on wine and Wine Club products:
o Online: via personal discount code
o In-store: by showing the virtual card
• Priority access to special events and promotions via newsletter

6. Sorsi Expiry and Validity
6.1. Sorsi are valid for 12 months from the date of the last purchase.
6.2. If no purchases are made for 12 consecutive months, accrued Sorsi will expire automatically.

7. Communication and Support
7.1. Members will receive periodic updates on their Sorsi balance, exclusive offers, and promotions via email.
7.2. For assistance or information, customers can contact support via email.

8. Amendments to the Regulations
8.1. Wine Story reserves the right to modify these regulations and update the terms of the Program.
8.2. Any changes will be communicated to members with sufficient notice.

9. Termination of the Program
9.1. Wine Story reserves the right to discontinue the Program at any time, with at least 30 days' notice to members.
9.2. In case of termination, accumulated Sorsi may be redeemed within the deadline indicated in the official notice.
